Questions

How were these platforms chosen?

Each sells email campaigns to small businesses, shows plan prices on its own site and was on sale on the check date. Ten providers were checked and all ten met that rule. The page lists them in alphabetical order and does not rank them. Providers that were not researched to the same depth are not listed.

Where do the prices come from?

Each provider's own pricing page, help center and legal pages, in US dollars on its US site, read on 2026-11-01. Each price says the plan, the contact tier and whether it is billed monthly or yearly. Several pages build their price tables with scripts, so the tables were read in a browser, and tier and billing controls were changed only to read other displayed prices. Kit's tier slider has no 500 or 2,500 tier, ActiveCampaign's starts at 1,000, and HubSpot's page shows no tier price, so those rows use the nearest tier shown. Prices, free-plan limits and offers change often, so check the provider before you buy.

What does "Not publicly stated" mean?

The provider's pages did not say. It does not mean the answer is no.
