Questions
How were these CRMs chosen?
Each sells a CRM to small businesses, shows plan prices on its own site and was on sale on the check date. Twelve candidates were checked and all twelve met that rule. The page holds at most ten, so two were set aside by one extra rule applied the same way to all twelve: the provider's own pages must show the CRM can be used by a business that does not run on Google Workspace or Gmail. Copper and Streak describe CRMs that work with Google Workspace or Gmail, so they are not listed. That says nothing about their quality. The page lists the ten in alphabetical order and does not rank them.
Where do the prices come from?
Each provider's own pricing page, plan comparison, help center and legal pages, in US dollars on its US site, read on 2026-11-01. Each price says the plan, the unit (per user or per seat per month) and whether it is billed monthly or yearly. Several pages build their price tables with scripts, so the tables were read in a browser, and billing and seat controls were changed only to read other displayed prices. Insightly shows only an annual price, Salesforce shows one price for monthly or annual billing, and HubSpot's low price is a limited-time offer for new customers. Prices, free-plan limits and offers change often, so check the provider before you buy.
What does "Not publicly stated" mean?
The provider's pages did not say. It does not mean the answer is no.
